On Tuesday 14th May, Brooksby Melton College Sport students are inviting businesses to join them for an afternoon of sporting fun to raise money for LOROS Hospice!

This one-day, multi-sport event will take place at BMC’s Brooksby Campus, and will see teams of six go up against each other in a range of sports, including badminton, dodgeball, volleyball, football, handball and touch rugby.

The students, who all study Level 3 Sport at BMC, are organising and running this event as a part of their ‘Organising Events’ unit.

Andy Graham, Programme Area Manager for Sport at BMC, said ‘It’s really exciting to be working alongside LOROS in an effort to raise valuable funds for the charity. This event will afford Brooksby Melton College sport students with the opportunity to combine their academic studies while supporting good causes within the local community.’

You can register your business for this event at www.loros.co.uk/businessgames. Alternatively, call LOROS fundraising on 01162 318 431.

Sport students at BMC benefit from learning in excellent facilities at the 850-acre Brooksby Campus. The £4million sport complex includes a full-size 3G all-weather pitch, a multi-functional sports hall, a sport science lab, and a strength and conditioning gym.
