This week, the Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland, in collaboration with the Fashion Retail Academy (FRA), is launching the “Estée Lauder Companies Retail Management Programme”. The programme is a first for the cosmetics industry, offering retail managers the opportunity to undertake an employer-focused training programme in Strategic Retail Management underpinned by ABC Awards nationally recognised units.
The bespoke programme has been designed by the FRA with support from ABC Awards, uniquely tailored to the needs of Beauty Managers as leaders of large, high-volume accounts in a multi touch-point consumer environment. With consumer shopping experience changing dramatically over the last ten years through cross-channel purchasing – The Estée Lauder Companies Retail Management Programme will address this head-on; providing the knowledge and skills required to service consumers how, when and where they want.
The unique partnership between leading industry, awarding and training specialists will cover a broad range of topics, including marketing intelligence and the impact of the digital world on consumer behaviour; principles of retail space management; measuring return on investment; leadership skills and crisis management on the shop floor.

The training programme will be delivered at the Fashion Retail Academy in Central London once a week, and will run from the 4th August 2015 to 29th March 2016 with a break for peak trading over the holidays.
