We are delighted to welcome back Vanessa Rhodes, Imago HR to present this informative online event. During this two hour session you will encouraged to reflect on your leadership during the past year, and how you have dealt with the challenges and opportunities that we have experienced whilst we have been in the grip of the biggest national crisis in our lifetimes.
The coronavirus has created great uncertainty, elevated stress and created emergency solutions in workplaces across the UK, and in the FE and Skills sector we have had to make unprecedented decisions. This session will explore how we have handled this. We will dig deep into the leaders role and help you to make sense of what you have learned, and perhaps what you may want to do differently, in the future.
You will be able to put together the pieces of the puzzle so that by the end of the webinar you can see the bigger picture and not only make sense of it for yourself, but for others as well. Infinitely complicated challenges sometimes just need simple solutions and in this session you will explore the practical approaches you can take whenever you need to lead through uncertainty.
So come and join us for this informative and engaging session utilising Zoom which is not only designed to offer you a range of useful strategies, but will also encourage collaboration in order for those attending to work together, sharing ideas and approaches in readiness for the forthcoming academic year.
