Following a variety of successful online events, this session welcomes psychotherapist, coach and trainer Kim Rutherford from Dalton Wise to Robins Wood House. Kim specialises in mental health, mental wellness, mindset and leadership development across a variety of sectors including skills and education and health and social care, and this event has been designed to offer support and guidance to those who are responsible for the mental health and wellness of their staff.
The session will offer guidance on how to support staff with their mental health problems including signposting, self-care and wellness knowledge, whilst focusing on a variety of skills, tools and techniques to enable you to get the most out of your team.
Key themes to be covered in this afternoon’s session include:
- Recap mental health risks for staff and signs and symptoms of mental health issues
- Identify correct therapeutic interventions for signposting staff to
- Identify correct self-care and wellness interventions for signposting staff to
- How to embed mental health support into staff processes and procedures
