Understanding the Wellbeing of the Post-14 Education Workforce
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) commissioned Education Support in February 2019 to help them investigate the current levels of staff wellbeing in the post-14 workforce. The aims of the research was to identify and measure current levels of staff wellbeing in the sector; to identify specific groups of staff at different career stages who have the highest risk of poor wellbeing; and to understand the work-related and personal factors impacting on wellbeing. EDI Matters: moving on from the BAME label
Following our Autumn Network which focused on BAME and the growing unpopularity of this label, this recording delivered by Vanessa Boon for our Spring Network will offer an opportunity to deepen participants’ understanding of 'othering', show the limitations of 'BAME', and promote more meaningful language for racial justice.
