Director of Membership, Development and Communications

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits

The Director of Membership, Development and Communications is a new strategic role within the Group and reports directly to the Chief Executive. The remit of the Directorate covers the full breadth of the Group and the post-holder will be responsible for; driving membership growth and satisfaction, strategic oversight of business development and account management, communications and engagement, opportunities for our members to learn from sharing best practice through networks, tailored CPD activity and events.

Your work will be underpinned by an ambitious strategy, supported by a talented Board and you’ll get to work with a dedicated staff team. As a member of our Executive Team it’s essential that you have experience of creating and delivering strategy, specifically around business and/or membership growth. It’s important that you have experience working for a membership organisation and a good understanding of the sectors the Group works in.
