A Loughborough College marketing and business development event has been declared a success – as a leading international organization commends the College for the sixth year in a row.
Delegates including ITV and National Rail attended the event, which the College was invited to deliver for the Chartered Institute of Marketing – who have once again marked the excellent performance of students and staff.
Dan Apparicio, Professional Qualifications programme lead at Loughborough College said:
“We are very proud to receive commendations from the CIM for the sixth year in a row and it is a particular tribute to Renee Lee-Brown, our lecturer on the programme, who continually develops the courses to maintain our consistently high standards.
“We had a 100% pass rate across all levels of the course with all students at level 4 achieving distinction,”
“Managers and directors from a range of industries including television, travel and construction attended our inaugural planning and strategy workshop which included a guest lecture from Alistair Wilson of gocompound.
“It offered a fantastic opportunity to network and exchange ideas. In fact, it was so successful the CIM, who also attended, have already asked us to host another event
“The excellent relationships we have with industry help us to continually refine our professional courses at Loughborough College to offer the skills employers are looking for.”
