We are now looking for a second full-time Centre Support Manager to strengthen our expanding team and help us to consistently deliver excellent services to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be the operational leadership of centre support staff, ensuring that workstreams are managed to meet KPI’s. The range of qualifications that the team supports are varied, involving regulated and unregulated qualifications, exams, and professional licences to practice. There is a lot to juggle, so you must be used to working to deadlines.

Working as part of the Centre Support management team, you will assist in driving continuous improvement in our processes, with a strong emphasis on quality, as well as promoting teamwork and developing the team.

It goes without saying that you will have previous experience leading a team in a customer service environment.  Whilst experience working for an awarding organisation, education or training provider is not essential, it would be advantageous.  You must be a strong communicator, with a collaborative approach that can bring out the best in the team. You need to be highly organised, with a systematic approach and a good eye for detail. Sound administrative and IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly are also required.
