Skills and Education Group offer over 400 Further Education qualifications through approved colleges and training providers across the UK.

We are now looking for a Centre Support Officer to join our office-based team in NG8, Nottingham.

The role involves a mix of administration and customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of registrations, achievements, and certification processes. You will need experience of working in a busy office and to have excellent organisational and time management skills. A keen eye for detail is essential in order to work accurately at a fast pace.

Our customers are further education centres and training providers, and we take pride in providing them with an excellent service at all times. You will use your confident communication skills as the first point of contact for our centres, liaising with them by telephone and email.

You will be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team. It goes without saying that good IT skills and competency with Microsoft Office are required.
