We now have an opportunity for a Head of Product Development to join our expanding team.

The role is responsible for leading the Product Development activities for both Skills and Education Group Awards and BIIAB Qualifications Ltd from both an operational and strategic perspective.

Reporting into the Director of Assessment and Compliance, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Development Managers and Officers, covering a wide portfolio of further education qualifications. It is essential that you have experience working at senior level in an awarding organisation, with a sound knowledge of product development, including the regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a confident and experienced senior manager, who leads by example and seeks to continually improve systems and processes. You should have excellent attention to detail and be used to managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work collaboratively across the organisation, as well as liaising with external stakeholders including regulators, customers and employers.
