We have an exciting opportunity for a part- time (4 days a week) Senior HR Adviser. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will provide operational support in a timely and professional manner for the Group and its subsidiaries. You will be involved in the full range of HR activity that comes with the employee lifecycle.

You will be joining the Group at a pivotal stage in its development, as we grow and expand our provision across the UK. We are equally committed to your personal growth and development, and so in this role you will be supported in your continued professional development.

To be successful in this role, you should be a CIPD graduate or hold an equivalent formal HR qualification or be working towards this. You will need to have had experience of working in an HR role. You should also be happy working in a busy office environment and have a strong interpersonal skill. Time management and attention to detail will be critical, along with excellent IT and data management skills
