The Skills and Education Group is seeking a highly motivated Officer Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Projects.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, duties will be varied and include supporting project claims processes ensuring that records and evidence of outcomes are accurately maintained and available for examination by project funders and auditors.
For this exciting new role you must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise day to day activities ensuring that deadlines and objectives are achieved. With high standards of accuracy and attention to detail you will co-ordinate and maintain efficient systems. Good communication skills and enthusiasm are necessary as well as the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
