A fantastic opportunity is available for three skilled individuals, to join the Skills and Education Group, at a time of significant growth as Relationship Managers covering the following areas:
- London and South East
- North East and North West
- South West and Wales
These roles will be outward facing, serving the needs of customers across the Group – BIIAB, Skills and Education Group Access and Skills and Education Group Awards.
These are challenging roles suitable for confident individuals who are able to nurture and build strong relationships with customers, work collaboratively and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will also demonstrate good ethical judgements and decision making, act with integrity and be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
The roles also require individuals to effectively develop and implement regional growth plans, provide key intelligence to feed into the Group’s overall strategy and report monthly progress against agreed KPI’s. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task within a demanding environment are all essential for these roles.
