We now have opportunities to join our expanding Relationship Management team.
We have one permanent vacancy with end-point assessment focus, and one temporary role for approximately three months, which is more generic in focus.
In a nutshell, the Relationship Manager role involves retaining allocated customers as well as driving growth opportunities with new and existing customers. You will do this by developing good relationships with customers and promoting Group products and services, with a strong emphasis on end-point assessment services.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales and engagement plan, reporting on KPIs on a monthly basis. You will need to develop an understanding of our product offer and our customer base, effectively managing and reporting on opportunity pipelines. You will lead on marketing campaigns to generate new business, and will work collaboratively with our specialist teams in order to retain and grow customer base.
You will need to be educated to at least Level 3, with a proven track record in business development - ideally in end-point assessment or further education. You must have knowledge of the apprenticeship and skills landscape and be able to develop relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as Combined Authorities, Ifate etc.
It goes without saying that you should have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to nurture client relationships and represent our organisation with confidence and integrity. In addition, you need good data analysis and report writing skills. You should be self-motivated and organised, able to manage multiple projects and continuously drive things forward.
