A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Skills and Education Group as a Training and Development Manager to support the planning and delivery of our professional development programme.
This is a challenging role suitable for a confident individual who is adept at supporting and mentoring staff in the FE and Skills sector. Working collaboratively with the Head of Professional Development, the successful candidate will be required to assist in the planning and delivery of training and development opportunities, both virtually and in person.
The role also requires the individual to work closely with members and stakeholders to ensure our professional development programme successfully addresses key areas of improvement; nurturing and building strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and decision making skills and be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task within a demanding environment are also essential attributes necessary for this role.
