Following the first successful Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Network of the 2023/24 academic year, we are pleased to bring you our Spring term date. This will be Thursday 29 February 2024, commencing at 09.30 and concluding at 13:00 with a networking buffet lunch.
At this network we will be sharing practice from Leicester College which will present their anti-racist pedagogy with opportunity for discussion and questions, Walsall College will also share how they use "Equally Yours" as part of their organisational CPD.
There will also be opportunity for participants to share ideas and resources, for example - EDI policy, impact assessment, EDI statements and key practice.
We will also discuss the implications of the natural cross over with Safeguarding.

Robins Wood House Training Centre is located in Aspley, about 2.5 miles to the north west of Nottingham city centre. It is easily accessible from the M1 (Junctions 25 & 26) and there are public transport links from the city centre. The nearest train station is Nottingham. Car parking at Robins Wood House is free.

Completion of the booking constitutes a contract between yourselves and the Skills and Education Group. In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event taking place. Non-attendance will result in the place being charged at full cost. Substitutions are welcome and can be made at any time. The Skills and Education Group reserves the right to cancel or alter the event for reasons beyond its control.
