Following Kim’s popular and successful online events, we are delighted to welcome Kim back to deliver a more interactive session designed to support all staff who are responsible for the mental health and wellbeing of learners.
Psychotherapist, coach and trainer, Kim Rutherford specialises in mental health, mental wellness, mindset and leadership development across a variety of sectors including Skills and Education and Health and Social Care. Kim has a passion for personal development, mental health prevention, and for supporting others to problem solve life’s challenges, traumas and transitions, and this interactive event will offer advice and guidance on how to support your learners with their mental health problems. The event will offer guidance in terms of signposting, self-care and wellness knowledge whilst sharing a variety of skills, tools and techniques.
