With staff wellbeing and health high on the agenda, this informative webinar focuses on finding a helpful starting point, and assisting others in understanding their issues and concerns.

We are delighted to welcome Phil Hutchinson from Lantern Training to deliver this useful and engaging session which offers information and advice around managing stress, thus ensuring that a healthy working environment is maintained whilst helping to improve productivity, growth and retention.

Finding a starting point is the key when working with staff to identify and tackle stress; and working together to take those first steps in making positive changes that will have a profound effect on the lives of individuals, and teams, is the focus of this online event.

This two-hour webinar will offer an opportunity for participants to recognise and understand the signs of stress in both themselves and in others with whom they live and work in order to minimise the negative impacts stress can have on both physical and mental health.

  • Short and long term impacts of stress
  • Useful coping mechanisms
  • The importance of self-belief and confidence

Phil Hutchinson is the owner of Lantern, and is a qualified trainer, assessor, management consultant and coach who has worked in Learning and Development for over 25 years in both public and private sector organisations across the country.

    Completion of the booking constitutes a contract between yourselves and the Skills and Education Group. In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event taking place. Non-attendance will result in the place being charged at full cost. Substitutions are welcome and can be made at any time. The Skills and Education Group reserves the right to cancel or alter the event for reasons beyond its control.
