With staff wellbeing and health high on the agenda, this informative webinar focuses on finding a helpful starting point, and assisting others in understanding their issues and concerns.
We are delighted to welcome Phil Hutchinson from Lantern Training to deliver this useful and engaging session which offers information and advice around managing stress, thus ensuring that a healthy working environment is maintained whilst helping to improve productivity, growth and retention.
Finding a starting point is the key when working with staff to identify and tackle stress; and working together to take those first steps in making positive changes that will have a profound effect on the lives of individuals, and teams, is the focus of this online event.
This two-hour webinar will offer an opportunity for participants to recognise and understand the signs of stress in both themselves and in others with whom they live and work in order to minimise the negative impacts stress can have on both physical and mental health.
Topics to be covered include:
- The stress effect
- Short and long term impacts of stress
- Useful coping mechanisms
- The importance of self-belief and confidence
Utilising Zoom and offering opportunities for participants to share their considerations and have their questions answered, we look forward to welcoming you to what we are sure will prove an informative and engaging session.
