We are seeking an Access to HE Operations Manager to join our busy and thriving Access Validating Agency (AVA) team. This role is to support the development of an effective and efficient Access to Higher Education (HE) provision within a secure, compliant and confidential environment.
You will effectively support the Head of Access to HE in day-to-day operational management in support of our Access to HE functions, including management of the team. You will also contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance with QAA's licensing criteria, provide assistance and advice to internal and external customers and stakeholders, and ensure effective administrative processes are in place to provide our customers with the best possible service.
You should have excellent IT skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. You will also need to be proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask within a demanding work environment.
