The Skills and Education Group is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our successful and growing organisation.
This is an opportunity to join our busy Customer Support team within the Awarding Services Directorate. We strive to provide a responsive and efficient service, therefore teamwork and the ability to fit into the existing structure are of particular importance. You should have excellent IT skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. You will also need to be proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask within a demanding work environment. Customer service is a significant part of the role to ensure all customers are provided with a courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
