We are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our busy Awarding Services Directorate. In this role, you will contribute to coherent and efficient administration processes for the delivery and assessment of our products and services.
You will provide a customer-focused, professional and helpful service to all customers. You should have experience of working in a busy office with a strong customer service ethos and possess excellent customer service skills.
Strong IT skills and competence in Microsoft Office are of particular importance. You will also need to be able to manage your time and activities effectively within a demanding office environment.
