This is an opportunity to join our busy Awarding, Development and Delivery Team. We strive to provide a responsive and efficient service therefore team work and the ability to fit into the existing structure are of particular importance. You should have excellent IT skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. You will also need to be proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task within a demanding office environment. Customer service is a significant part of the role to ensure all customers are provided with a courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
