ABC Awards is delighted to announce that it is working in partnership with The European Herbal and Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association (EHTPA). The ABC Awards Quality Licence Scheme will ensure that all EHTPA accredited courses are independently validated by ABC Awards to Level 6 equivalency, this being the Level required to apply for EHTPA Accreditation.
The ABC Awards validation is entirely independent of the EHTPA and the Quality Licence Scheme Validation Process will be conducted by our qualified and competent educationalists.
Harvey Woolf, Independent Chair of the EHTPA Accreditation Board, states:
“The value added from working in partnership with ABC Awards is the benefit gained from drawing on its specialist knowledge and expertise in the field of independent validation, assessment and quality assurance.
“ABC Awards has a reputation for high quality as an Ofqual regulated Awarding Organisation.”
The Quality Licence Scheme evaluates and recognises high quality providers and courses measured against the requirements of the Standard and Guiding Principles, and the Ofqual and QAA Level 6 descriptors. This enables providers offering training in herbal medicine the chance to demonstrate their commitment to the quality and level of the course being offered. It also allows a course to obtain independent recognition with an ABC Awards Certificate of Achievement.
By having your herbal medicine course validated by ABC Awards, as part of the Quality Licence Scheme, you will have access to the following benefits:
- ABC Awards QLS logo to use on your marketing material
- pre-written marketing text
- access to an online portal
- included in the ABC Awards list of Approved Providers
Fiona Grant, Director of Awarding Services at ABC Awards, said:
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with the EHTPA in order to support the sectors desire for increased recognition of their members quality whilst maintaining the sectors innovative and flexible approach to individuals learning and achievement. ABC Awards approach with EHTPA and its members is to provide high quality support and external recognition that comes with a transparent pricing model and provides the flexibility and maintained ownership for their courses in herbal medicine to meet national and international learners’ needs, regardless of the locality of the course, the size of the organisation, the number of courses offered, or the number of learners on the course.
